Protein Purification - Windows Version

This version of the software is made available for evaluation purposes only. For use with students a site license must be purchased from Oxford University Press. A new version is being produced as part of the eLABorate TLTP project and it will be placed here for distribution when ready.

You will need the following files:

PROTEINS.EXE - is the main program

ELECTRO.EXE - handles the electrophoresis simulation

MIXEDIT.EXE - is a mixture editor so you can create new .PT1 mixture files

DEFAULT.PT1 - is the default mixture - edit this with MIXEDIT if you want

These files are all archived in PROTPURE.ZIP.

Make sure that your software is correctly configured to download to disk and then click on the filename.

You can extract the working files with PKUNZIP.EXE.
