This folder contains the Toolbook runtime code (tbk3) and the question bank system (MCQTB30).

Getting started:
Copy the folders to a drive. In this example I will use X: as the drivename
From the 'start', 'run' dialogue box type the following;

x:\tbk3\mtb30run.exe x:\mcqtb30\bank\menu.tbk

This will read the parameters in the \mcqtb30\bank\menu.inf file. You will have to edit the 
drive letters used in that file first.
